One of the biggest struggles I’ve gone through (and I know I’m not alone) with starting my business is dealing with mom guilt and balancing nutrition. When you’re trying to start a business while giving your children attention and also still teaching, it can be overwhelming trying to balance it all.

That’s why, on today’s episode of Ditch the Classroom, I had the pleasure of speaking with Dawn Marie, chaos coordinator coach for moms overwhelmed with the busyness of life and who are just looking to live a healthier and more productive life.

Dawn shares her experience of juggling 3 kids while working full-time and starting her business on the side. She also shares tangible tips on how to balance motherhood, your 9-5, starting your new business, AND still eating nutritious meals.
