(00:07):
Hey, hey, y’all! Have you been thinking about quitting teaching, but you’re really wondering what God’s purpose is for you outside of the classroom. I know how you feel I’ve been there. And so today I’m gonna be sharing some Bible verses with you that I think will really help you when you’re struggling with figuring out what you’re supposed to be doing next, and what God’s plan is for you. But before I do that, I wanna invite you to our free workshop. So in this workshop, you’re really gonna get the game plan for how to become a virtual assistant. You’re gonna figure out what services you want to offer, where to find clients, to help you replace your income quickly. And then also the three mistakes that new virtual assistant make and how you can avoid them, because I wanna save you time, save you money and all of the things.

(01:39):
If you’re interested in that again, it’s free. You can go to ariannavernier.com/virtual-assistant-workshop. That’s A-R-I-A-N-N-A-V-E-R-N-I-E-R.com/virtual-assistant-workshop, or click the link in the show notes because that’s easier than typing out my name. But yeah, we’re just gonna go ahead and jump right in before we do that though, I do have a caveat. Y’all know I live in an RV full time, super windy today. So if you hear some noise in the background, that’s why, but I need to get this out there for you because I know it’s important.

(02:18):
So first verse to help you figure out what God’s purpose is for you outside of the classroom is Jeremiah 29:11 “‘For I know the plans I have for you’ declares the Lord, ‘plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.'” Did you catch that? God knows the plans he has for us. We may not know, but we’re not supposed to know. God knows. And so we just have to trust in him.

(02:51):
All right, next one is Psalms 37:3, “Commit your way to the Lord. Trust him. And he will act.” Underline, highlight: Trust him. Trust, trust, trust God.

(03:07):
Philippians 4:6: “Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation by prayer and petition with Thanksgiving, present your request to you, God.” So we need to be asking him for what we want. You know, he obviously can read our minds, but he wants us to come to him with our desires on our heart. And he wants us to openly and gracefully and gratefully ask for them. So take your prayer request to God. What do you want? And ask him for it.

(03:44):
Psalm 62:5 “Yes, my soul find rest in God. My hope comes from him.” Philippians 1:6, “Being confident of this, that he who began a good work in you will carry it out onto completion until the day of Christ Jesus.” Mm. “He who began a good work in you will carry it out onto completion.” He’s not gonna leave you stuck. Okay?

(04:14):
I Peter 5:7, “Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you.” Proverbs 16:9, “In their hearts, humans plan their course, but the Lord establishes their steps.” Coming back to this again that I’ve talked about on the last few episodes, God has our steps mapped out. We’re not gonna know all of them. We just have to step in faith.

(04:43):
I can’t say this Deuteronomy 31:8, “The Lord himself goes before you and will be with you. He will never leave you nor forsake you. Do not be afraid and do not be discouraged.” So really we have nothing to fear. If God’s going before us, like, yes, we’re gonna hit trials and tribulations, but it’s for a reason, it’s for his higher good for us. And we just have to trust in him. Again, trust, trust, trust. All right. I hope these were helpful to you. Go highlight them in your Bible. Put a sticky note so you can find them easily and start just praying over them and ask God to show you what his purpose is for you. Because if you have this desire on your heart to quit teaching and start working as a virtual assistant, or even if it’s something else, just ask God to point you where he wants you to go. All right, has this show been helping you in any way? I would be so incredibly grateful. If you would take a moment to go and leave a review of this show, that’s what helps this podcast grow and reach more mamas and teachers like you. I believe this is so important for every mom and teacher to know that this is out there, that they can work from home with their babies and replace their teaching income and really work on their own schedules, set their own pay and just live the life they’ve always wanted to live. They don’t have to feel stuck if they’re no longer happy teaching or wherever else they are. So those reviews are what helps Apple podcast, Spotify, wherever you’re listening. It shows them that this podcast is important. So they’ll it to more people. So it would bless me so much. I would be super grateful and I’d love read them on the show. Obviously the review, doesn’t say your name, but it’d be kind of fun to start reading them on the show and yeah, just celebrate how much y’all are learning from this show that would, that would really make my heart happy. All right, ya’ll. I love you so much and we will see you next time.
